Preventing Identity Theft
Are you concerned about the threat of Identity Theft? Have you been a victim or do you want to prevent it from happening to you?
This month, "Preventing Identity Theft" was presented by Angelo Manoloules, Senior Regional VP of Pre-Paid Legal Services Inc. for Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Rhode Island.
Since 9/11, he has focused on educating consumers and business owners about the crime of Identity Theft and the importance we all play in taking responsibility for combating this crime. Dan Hatfield, Director of Marketing and Walter Mears, Director of the Identity Theft Division of PPLSI was also on hand to answer questions.
As requested by some members, we have been trying a new format for the past few months: In order to make sure we have enough time for our main presentation each month, we will be limiting our announcements and Tech Talk Time. When there is time, we will continue to take questions after the main presentation is complete.
As usual, the meeting is always free of charge and open to the general public, but remember any door prizes offered are available to members only.
